Dauset Trails Care Weekend

Come spend a weekend with SORBA-Atlanta at Dauset Trails!

SORBA Atlanta is working with Dauset Nature Center (DNC) to bring you a trail care weekend at Dauset in February. Basic outline for the weekend is Friday night campfire, morning work parties on Saturday and Sunday then afternoon rides. Saturday evening we will have Gold Sprints and a nighttime time trial.

Work will include doing a couple re-routes that DNC has requested our assistance with. This will include some armoring as well as normal rough cut and finish work.

For those who want to arrive early on Friday, we will host a group ride before dark.

Friday: February 26

Camp Grounds open at 2pm

Group rides starting around 5pm

Saturday: February 27

Breakfast: 7:00am-8:00am    

Work Parties: 8:30am-1:00pm

Lunch: 1:00pm-2:00pm

Afternoon group rides: 3:00pm-6:00pm

Dinner: 5:30pm-6:30pm

*Night time TT: 7:00-?

Gold Sprints: 7:00-?

Movie: 8:00pm

Sunday: February 28

Breakfast: 7:00am-8:00am    

Work Parties: 8:30am-1:00pm

Lunch: 1:00pm-2:00pm

Break Camp and Group rides till 6pm
