Turtleback Time Trial & Volunteer Rewards Giveaway @ Pitner Road Dog Park

Join us for a Time Trial at Allatoona Creek on Sunday April 22, 2012. This event will take place at the Pitner Road Dog Park entrance to the Turtleback Loop.

We'll start off the event with the Volunteer Reward Giveaway at 1:00pm. Over the last six months, our IMBA-SORBA volunteers have particiapted in a Volunteer Rewards Program for Allatoona Creek whereby each volunteer who served at three or more trail work parties qualify for a chance to win a brand new Fox fork for their bike! Who will the lucky winner be?!!!

The Time Trial will run from 2:00 - 4:00pm. This is a "just for fun" type of event with categories simplified to Men under 35, Men over 35, Men Singlespeed, Women, and Youth 18 and under. Medals will be given to top three in each category. The course will include the Turtleback Loop & the Turtleback Spur. You must be an IMBA-SORBA member to be timed, but membership sign ups will be available for $30 upon registration for non-members to participate. All other donations made at this event will be used for trail improvement and maintenance at Allatoona Creek.
